My friend send his application same day as me and got the AOR within 1 week. I hope application is not lost. The information shows that they sent me AOR on May 28 as well as Discover Canada book. I have changed my address on CIC system on May 29. The previous mailing address on the system was at my immigration consultant.
Should I contact my ex-immigration consultant for the mail or just ignore it and study online instead? Is there any important mail included with the book?

There isn't any book that is sent to you. It's a link to the online that the note is referring to. As long as you've made the change online, you should be fine.
