We received 3 AOR emails today (one for each family members) and one of the AOR has incorrect address (my old address that I was living before). SInce I have the copies of my forms that I sent, I checked it and noticed that the address in the form was correct. Somehow they send us the incorrect (old) address. We will call CIC and let them know. I am sure that is not an issue but they need to correct this.

We have only received 2 AORs today 1 for me and my husband. Husband’s AOR shows the incorrect house number. We have not received any AOR for our minor dependent child. Is this normal?

How do we update our address? Our AOR has incorrect address. We are very sure we put in the right house number.

There is an option on ECAS to update your address... or you can just call the call center and they will do it for you.

The information shows that they sent me AOR on May 28 as well as Discover Canada book. I have changed my address on CIC system on May 29. The previous mailing address on the system was at my immigration consultant.

Should I contact my ex-immigration consultant for the mail or just ignore it and study online instead? Is there any important mail included with the book?

Hello there,

it is still unclear to me in what locations our files get processed, is it in Sydney or everybody in its local immigration office?
why we send files to Sydney and then they send it to local offices?
may be part of the processing is in Sydney, then they send the files to the local offices for the rest of processing !!
why each area has its own queue ,i mean cases from different areas processed in different speeds?
Could anybody clarify that to me.
