That's pretty awesome however I can't help but wonder about the Test and Oath dates. How is the Test date and Oath ceremony on the same day? I'm sure anything is doable with IRCC (in emergency cases) and that miracles happen everyday but this is the first time I am seeing a scenario like this! :D

I've seen a lot posters reporting the same (test and oath on the same day). The reason seems to be the applicants relative distance to the closest processing center. That is, they live in a small town and hundreds of Kms from their local office. Obviously, oath is contingent on them passing the test first.

The weather got too nice ;)

They were moving quick, but suddenly things slowed down - as mentioned before, think they reduced the staffing after the Oct/Nov glut passed.

Plus a lot of fingerprint requests went out -- which slowed down the processing speed since it appears to take a month after the request was sent before they would look at your file again.
