FSW O applicant. Landed with spouse at YVR Vancouver on Feb 9th.

I was never able to link my PR card application as my birth place in my Passport has 3 words and wasn't matching up properly with the one on my COPR. Was able to link my Spouse's PR card application. Spouse got photo request on March 21st. New photo taken and sent on same day for spouse. PR card approved and received for spouse around April 17th. I didn't get any update for my card :-(

Thanks to this forum, got some information on how to contact CIC and called them up on April 17th. Was put on hold for 30 minutes, but gave up eventually. Called them again on April 23rd and was able to speak to a representative after ~40 mins. They were very responsive, but to my surprise, my application was approved and card has been printed, but they didn't have my mailing address :O Me and my spouse gave same address, I'm not sure how my application was messed up. I gave my address and finally got my PR card on May 4th.

I would suggest people to call them up after the "current processing time" (~57 days?), and follow up with your applications, if you haven't received any updates on your PR card application.

Someone who got their PR card already, could you verify if this is correct or should they have taken the other photo with details on the back as well? So many people here are getting photo requests again, and I wonder what the reason maybe. Could someone shed a light on this?

same case with me and everyone else they take picture without details and return the other, second question still not clear why they request again
 
Hi need advice on PCC.
I m from India
I went to passport office in delhi to enquire about pcc.
A person there said that if i want spouse name on PCC then i have to re issue the passport updated with new address and spouse name.

And my consultant is saying that IT IS MUST to have husband name written on the PCC of WIFE.

I added my wife in my pr application.
She got her PCC with my name in her PCC but my name was not mentioned in her passport. They asked for original marriage certificate to verify tho.

How did u apply for PCC??
Her passport was of her bachelor time?
Like address mentioned in her passport was her parental address and names of her parents?
