Can you tell me which office you applied to for PRTD?I was planning to apply at NYC office, wondering about the processing time.

I mailed my application to VAC in LA . I read somewhere that all PRTD applications are processed in LA Consulate. So if you send yours to NY VAC, there will be some additional delay because the VAC in NY has to send all the applications to LA Consulate for processing.

I think there should be another thread for us neglected children who got photo requests . It makes me jealous when I read about people who landed 2 months after me getting their PR cards already.

Hehe.. everyone is on their own here. It's just his/her luck now when their photos will be processed. I have also seen some ppl who got photo requests after me but still went through already. Anyways I will keep posting here now and then to take out my anger on the process.

I think when we re-submit our photos, our 'landing date - pr card application date' virtually changes to the date which they receive our new photos, which mine was on April 11th.

Did you call from outside of canada. if yes then what is the number and what options do I need to select?
