My file is still in Nova Scotia
They did not send yet to Saskatoon

Oh ok but I had send it to the address on CIC website, I guess its in Nova scotia !

Sydney is just a collection point where they check the application is complete and then they forward on to an area office for processing.

No. I'd give it another month, or at least a couple of weeks. It could just be slow processing or it could not be a normal processing procedure.

If it doesn't come by then, call IRCC and politely inquire on what's going on.
