My ECAS has following message since April 12, 2018 -

1. We sent you correspondence on April 12, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I have received a letter from IRCC yesterday. The letter states that -

In order to continue processing your application for Canadian citizenship, we require the following documents and/or information:

What colour are your eyes? _________

Apparently its not an FP as previously thought & suggested by @bu ayaan @KRP @kaladhar

Has anyone else ever received a request like this before? I have never come across any such request on this forum.
Please share your views/opinion on this.

Also, there is an envelope enclosed for returning the letter. Someone wrote T.1/C.Close/G on it. Not sure what it means.

Only a guess but maybe you missed the question on your application, check your working copy if you have one.
OR
maybe your existing passport has a different colour than written on your application.
At least its an easy question !

Nowhere on application does it ask you for colour of eyes!
