I came to Canada as a PR in aug 2014. However my eligibility period is from april 2013-april 2018...when I am filling out my physical presence calculator it says to tell the days when you have been outside of Canada. I never left Canada after coming here. Still do I have to write I was in UK from 2013 april -2014 aug...as it asks for the days when you left canada and re enter canada during your eligibility period. As I didnot leave Canada i was residing in UK before coming here, do I still need to mention the dates. I am confused. Please anyone can help

Yes, you do.
I'm in a similar situation. Before becoming RP I was living in my home country and needed to prove my address there in section 10-11 of Form CIT 0002E too, I had to indicate my old job as well.

For citizenship photographs, Costco or Walmart? any suggestions?

Costco definitely works. They have been accepted for people I know and are less expensive.

Well I am worried then as it still says that my information can't be found and I had my AOR over a week ago!

The only reason i could think of is that you might putting in different information to log in from the ones they have in the system.
Double check all this information in the application you sent them along with the UCI number they sent you in the AoR email/mail.
