now they request for RPRF and full licence history
what is full licence history ?
i am Indian applicant currently living in Melbourne

You need to get your traffic road history , even if you don't have one. I did the same but for Queensland state.

As you said land in Quebec first, after landed what sort of travel document require to go to Toronto ?

Once you have landed in Quebec and completed all necessary documentation, I think you are free to visit any province in canada as a permanent resident visa holder

Number of years is total number of years in education eg 14years for bachelors, 16 for masters etc.
No you need to fill this. This depends on what you have based your application on, your profession. What you think you will be doing after you reach there.

They must have sent you a letter with the documents requested, If you submitted your Australian PCC with documents most likely not asking again. Unless its been over a year and you still living in Oz , so they might ask for a new one.

Just got my CSQ yesterday and I'm about to send the PR application from inside Canada.
My passport is good, but my national ID card expires on august. I'm wondering that by the time they process the application the ID will have expired and they will refuse my application. Anyone knows something about this?
