No its not blank it shows uci and file number.
But if yours is blank it shouldn’t be a problem. There were a lot of applicants who’s uci and file number was blank. As far as i know there was no problem.

Hey did you get PPR as well? I know you live in UAE my husband also lives in Turkey. Im going to email NDVO to change the office to turkey bcs he cant travel to india. Hopefully they will change it soon

No need to change the office if they ask for passport then they will tell to your husband to send passport to them i think FedEx is better

It's will take more time it's so easy if your husband already have the passport request email so I'm sure they already mentioned in email where they need the passport for stamping

I also emailed my representative still waiting for response. Didnt email NDVO yet.
What did your MP say?
There was a guy who did this before and they changed it for him. And as far as i know it didnt take long either. But again cant say anything about NDVO you never know

On email it says to send it via VFS in India or Nepal. How do i send it to VFS in india? I have to pay some kind of fees too.
