I'm certain that they stopped doing that. I've been tracking applications since October, including mine and have the same message om my ECAS. Never got a physical copy.

That message simply means that they send you a link to download it, or you can order a physical copy if you like,

That's makes the two of us XD! I check my ECAS obsessively (and it is only been a week since my AOR, so I really shouldn't expect anything). The waiting is torturous!!!

Thank you for the info. From the MP office, we called cic but it was useless they said file not in system after MPs sec...y took my tracking and receipt no and emailed them. Hoping for something good.

For me they told me samething and they advised me to resend new application with a cover letter ,accourding to them CPC said if application takes this long some how it considered lost application.
but from what I see today still some October 16 th and 19th applicants receiving AOR ,
Their is a hope for us too.

I don't think it will result in delays. Did you provide an explanation on the application why it wasn't renewed ?

yes I wrote in my explanation that no passport renewal as no plans to travel
is that enough ?

What does RQ specifically entail? Is it just a glorified version of the residency part of the app?

It does seem pretty night-marish though. As an avid traveller, just filling out the residency part of the application was very headache-inducing!

the applicant's IP date is wrong on the spreadsheet. It is Jan 29, not Dec 29.

Received to appear and take the oath of citizenship ceremony February 27, 2018 @ 1:30pm.
Please update my timeline.
