It really doesn’t affect your application .
If you still have doubt , you can call PNP office and clarify it , I called them before changing my job, or you can wait another 3-4 months untill PPR.

Because when you gonna change job you need to
extended your nomination and then to get New work permit at the US border

i have the same question. I have done medical last Thursday, but my online status is still "we start process your application on march 3 2017"
By the way, my agent forwared medical emails to me
Same here. I got my medical request on Jan 09 and i am done with my medical on Jan 10, but still the ECAS status was never updated since September.
