1) Dont need to upload scanned copy. That option is made available to all applicants..just ignore it like we all did. You have to submit actual passport to vfs.
2) No. This option is for express entry or parent grandparents sponsorship where one person is applicant and spouse is a dependent.
In you case Just enter applicant and dependent info if any.

But if i uploaded now thn what??

tomorrow i,ll submit my passport to isb vfs can some one exactly tell me how long time CHC isb will took to stamp bcz expiry of visa is date of medical dne which mean on 10 april that will expire more over i want to ask my wife is in pakistan her PR card will expire on 18 feb we are planing to go both so want to know processing of stamp

i thnk because i recvd PPR in which written yr PR document will expire one year after the date of yr medical or earlier yr passport expire in my case my medical will expire on april but now recvd Passport req so validity is minimum

Oh so they ask for re-medical if your already submitted medical is about to expire Or it will expire before the COPR comes?

For how many months its with LVO?
I want to know the processing time of LVO ..if the application has reached LVO
How much time they take ? Im from Pakistan as well

Long time member, now trying to help a friend with his sponsorship.

He is going for a nikah only situation and then rukhsati once LVO asks for it. Is this is a good plan ? We are thinking if he gets nikah done, then submits the app & once it gets to a stage where they ask for rukhsati etc then he can go get it done.
