Its not illogical. LVO process applications in batches (2-3 months applications are worked on together) and if u see previous years' spreadsheets you will see many such cases. In May 2017, an Oct 2016 applicant named Adila got ppr when most Aug and all Sep applicants were waiting. She was not lying as a close friend saw her ppr and everything.
So it is entirely possible.

I returned from a short trip to visit my wife few days ago and was wondering if it is a good idea, if I voluntarily send LVO information about my visit.
What would the procedure for this be? How can I do that? And what things should one send?

Dear friends your suggestions are needed !!! I had an interview by the 6th of the December 2017 and by the January 11th 2018 I got a refusal letter from the visa officer, the letter says , 'I am not satisfied (B) the marriage is not genuine (B) was entered into primarily for the purpose of acquiring any status or privilege under the act". Now we are going to appeal. Guide me that for winning appeal how many times my wife shall visit me ? what other measures are to be taken.......

today one guy got rejection from LVO, he was Oct 2016 applicant, his application was with Mississauga from Oct 2016 till Dec 2017. they transferred the file in january 2018 and in one week he received an email that his application is rejected. I talked to him what is reason but he was telling nothing wrong.
There is always something when such harsh decision is made by LVO.
LVO know about cultures of applicants, They know what pictures tells them, they know what expressions are saying in photos, They understand the second marriage is genuine or it is for getting someone to canada only. They understand Nikah ony cases can be true, and also they doubt it to extreme.

there are many things they look into, and they get experience while going through alot of applications of different types. they can make mistakes but that is rarely. and for their mistakes Appeal tribunal is made to address such mistakes.

so they skipped May Jun Applicants and from no where choose a Pakistani July Applicant and issued her visa?

yes send as much as information including pics, boarding passes tickets, pics of places you visited etc send all voluntarily by Courier or by Canada Post with tracking #. Make sure you also attached a cover letter explaining about your visit to your wife.

By Reading all these news about Visa Rejection recently by LVO, do you guys think i can go and visit my wife again and come back and submit my visit proof to LVO voluntarily. ? i already visited her for 4 weeks from Sept mid to Oct mid (2017). So i went to marry her in may 2017 and visited her in sept - Oct 2017 along with my Sister and mother in both visits. So this would be my 3rd visit to her.

can we order GCMS notes on monthly basis, would it create a negative impact on visa officer.

I applied for GCMS notes about my file on dec -2-2017 but i didn't hear anything from then its more than 40 days now . Any idea why they are taking so long?

Quite possible if u follow the instance i quoted. You can check the 2016 spreadsheet if u want to.

2 Questions:

1) if i get my wife to visit Canada on a visitor visa (unlikely i know) and she gets a re-med request - can the re-med request be done in canada?

2) how to make a gcms request from csis who i believe do the security check? anybody have experience with that?
