After realizing its going to take 6+ months for the whole process I've decided to visit my wife in Pakistan during the process. Is that a good idea?
Should I not visit? Someone told me it will take longer if u visit as they put your file on a back hold. But people always say things. Can anyone give me accurate info?
I plan to inform LVO abt my visit once I'm done.

If you visit your partner during process its a positive sign and visa officers prefer that. So dont worry just go visit your partner and send the pictures to LVO. And whoever told you that if you visit they will put your file back on hold thats ABSOLUTLY A MISGUIDE

Can anyone give me a quick timeline to when they filed their application and what the process is. I would greatly appreciate it. I know the process is quicker now, it says within 12 months.
Hi thanks I just received passport request today Alhamdolillah but I am little bit confused they ask for updated appex A, in which my wife is sponsor and native language was urdu in her form 4 yrs back and my native language is punjabi and we both are cousins so we should keep native language same or as per forms secondly my non accompanying child didn’t get medical so I signed declaration now I need to put detail of my wife and non accompanying child in table or not plz help

Thanks , I got remedical request on 12/19 and on 1/3 I got passport request. So I don’t need to put the detail my wife ( sponsor is in Canada) or need to put detail plz share what to do

I sent my visit to pakistan pictures paasport stamp of entry in pakistan. Also some family pictures with date and time on it. And it is my first medical i never submitted upfront I received my medical request on January 2nd 2018 going to do it on January 11 2018. And hope fully insh Allah this might be the last step in my process insh Allah pray for all and pray for me as well everyone ameen
