Please let know which documents do I need to send along with this form IMM5562? is it a copy of passport that contains travels history?

I DID the same, they just need form IMM5562,fill it out and send them back

just can say i wanted to change Julia to Yulia/one letter/ and that cost big money.
and plus we have "-a" ending for female's last names and that is different last name for them. so think twice to avoid problem during visa stamp or landing

My Parents got their PR Visa but not the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter... DO they need COPR to complete the landing or are they going to issue that at the airport?

That seems odd. I thought you receive the CoPR with the PR visa stamped on passport. Can someone who recently received PR visa please confirm if there has been any change in the procedures?

I have sent passport to NDVO and awaiting stamping. Based on this post, am not sure whether to expect just the stamped pp or also the CoPR.

Today, I see the re-medical exam status as "passed" for my parents which was done in first week of this month. but the strange thing is their background status is not started yet from the beginning.

Today i sent an email to CPC-Ottawa asking for file status of my parents as medical is expiring and they replied within 1 hour asking me to provide Travel History. My parents medical is expiring in middle of February.

I don't know if they are processing background check. No, in MyCIC, still background check is Not applicable.
What about you after re medical? Anything changed?

no change after re-medical...just medical status says passed...background check changed to in-progress 2 days prior to medical request.
