What I also noticed,an AOR seems to mean an application procesesed the next month,which you must mean that officers focus in first on many application prior to grant more AOR.
Hence the no pouring application over the last days.
My two cents.

Application Received: Oct. 19, 2017
AOR: Nov. 23
In Process: Dec. 12
Location: Calgary (Single Application)

One question.. I have received my AOR yesterday( I am november applicant) but my spouse has not yet even after 24 hours.. is it normal??

It won’t help at all. Sydney open the applications, do a completeness check and then enter them / send them for processing.

This is exactly why we told everyone not to put in duplicate applications.

Assuming you used the same payment receipt it should be returned anyway as the payment will no longer be valid.

This is the process and the information is readily available online. If you are specifically asking about the receipt - it has a barcode. If the app is accepted that payment is attached to the application in question. If you send in another application with the same receipt - the payment isn't going to be valid. That means, the application is not complete
