There is no movement of any files at Ottawa & New Delhi LVO’s as far as medical and PCC are concerned, only London office has processed so far. Files approved for sponsorship & sent to these LVO’s are in the waiting for last four months

So I have a question please. I was selected for 2nd round PGP sponsorship and it was received by IRCC on Nov 15,2017 the next day they have sent me an email with the application number that starts with : XF-then the number. They were saying that some documents are missing and that I have 30 days to resubmit some of them.
The missing forms were received on Nov 29, 2017 and since than I didn't get any answer. I've tried to call a week later but they have told me that there are no notes in my file and as long as I have tracking number it's ok ok and I'm still waiting since. I'm also not able to link my application ? Do I have to have AOR to link my application? I've tried everything I put the number of the application but it says that it doesn't match the category (Parent/Grandparent-PR). Not sure what my UCI is, I was trying to put the UCI that I got then I've received my citizenship.
I feel hopeless and unsure what to do, I'm afraid that they will send the entire application back.
