did you send them representative form before?
since you have representative you cant see info in MY CIC, ask him every time you need

We did send them everything and secondly logically they have representative on file that’s why I am not able to check status when linking application.

And also letter is saying to send or otherwise they will not send any info to the representative. There’s no 30-day limit or anything and it appears that it’s optional thing for me to send or not.

Do we have file number in AOR also or we get file number in sponsorship approval only. Any idea how long before I get sponsorship approval.

I was able to link my application the day after I got AOR using the instructions other guys already provided as below: (thanks them btw!)
"Application is the parent.
When linking, use application number, principal applicant's info, skip passport info just use "Tab" button , under number of people count adults only (both sponsoring and sponsored).also use Upper letters if you used it in application. It is really tricky"

I tried again according to the instructions and suggestions but still it did not find my application. Any other suggestions.

yes, you can find file# in AOR, starts F000....
Hard to say about SA, I was waiting 1 year, hopefully faster for 2017

I called the CIC and was told that the letter I received in mail requesting representative form was AOR and when I asked how long for sponsorship approval she put me on hold and then came back that it can up to 11 months from date of AOR for sponsorship approval. Can it be true?

Is there anyone from the first round who is still waiting for sponsorship approval?

I am very worried.

I am still waiting for SPonsorship approval. Got Aor on 8th November and nothing heard since then.i am from first round

What’s the date on your AOR. Mine is 20th.

My parents stayed in Canada on supervisa then went back as passport expired. Got new passport and apples for new supervisa. Application got approved.

They came back last week and were told at airport that they got visitor visa not supervisa. Now this is also stressing me that why we got visitor visa instead of supervisa. We gave insurance and everything. Call centre lady had no idea.

There seems to be a new table added today in MY CIC account states "Continue my profile / application, not yet submitted" along with this message "No data available in table" , There is also no button titled "continue" or "delete". It's just sitting there!

Anyone has the same experience seeing this message after linking application? I can see my parents' application under "View my submitted applications or profiles", it has "Your Action Is Required" which seems to be a bug as there is no message there.

I also have no other pending applications.

You got your AOR on Dec 12, Now should wait for sponsorship approval.

I've seen that as well. Seems quite a few bugs in that system.
