hi everyone. a relative filed for his Quebec immigration back in 2013 but never heard from them. now he wants to apply through the EE and has a sufficient score.
in order to apply under express entry, does he have to withdraw his previous application or can apply for the FSWO EE in parallel without touching his other application? Will he have to mention his previous application while creating EE profile? many thanks.
Hi All,
I have a question.
I got my CSQ in August 2015, and I submitted my application for the federal stage in December 2015. However, my application has been in process since then, and I do not think this will change anytime soon. Since the CSQ has three year validity, mine should expire by August 2018.
My question is this.
As far as I know, I will be asked to provide my CSQ during landing. Will they accept an expired CSQ at the airport?
Have you been asked to submit your CV too?
Yes

I think you can renew it.
By the way is your file in background check? I think you can use MANDAMUS with an immigration lawyer and file complaint in federal court regarding long delay.
can you plz share your timeline? cuz I could not see it in spreadsheet.
thanks in advance!

How long does it take for CIC to return passport after ppr?
I am from India. My husband is in USA. I got my CSQ recently and after 3 days I got married. My question is:
How can I bring my husband here ASAP?
How do I apply for my PR? As accompanying or non accompanying?
Do I apply for my husband ‘s CSQ now?
During any process can I bring him on my dependent work permit even if I say he is non accompanying in my PR file?
I don’t know what to do. My work permit expires sept 2019.
Someone Please guide me. Thanks in advance

It's taking 3-4 weeks for applicants from visa-exempt countries and 4-5 weeks for applicants from visa required countries. This excludes time taken by courier company to deliver document both ways.

Thank you.
I think it is still in the background stage. Yet, no medical request has been received till now.
I will contact my lawyer and ask her about it.

My application is being processed in Abu Dhabi visa office. The worst visa office ever.
