Ok i had a theory ..that maybe those who didn’t pay upfront had like more chances that agents process the application...but no.

My first theory is better: some agents work more than others.

i paid all when i applied and iam still waiting , worst even my background check didnt start yet . AOR febrary 2017

Send them an email that you are still waiting for CSQ of newborn from MIDI. Also send them a "signed" letter by mail stating the same.

After doing the medical exam ,how long does it take for you GCkey account to update to " you have passed the medical exam" ? I have a case which took 5 days. Is that normal? How about if you did upfront medicals. Are you to send the proof of medicals to your visa office or will they receive it directly?
