Jan 2017... I was shocked as well
How does this happen? How does one get bumped in the line like that? Just pure luck or something about the applicants themselves??

I think some agents work more than others.

Send them an email that you are still waiting for CSQ of newborn from MIDI. Also send them a "signed" letter by mail stating the same.

I am sure the AOR is January . Then it could be possible.

it seems so.. we r in line.. we just can wait for good news...

I paid 550 when applied, 490 in October trying to nudge them to open my file... Not sure if it worked, at least I cannot see a trace of it anywhere. So yes, I've paid all fees along the way, but not everything upfront.
Ok i had a theory ..that maybe those who didn’t pay upfront had like more chances that agents process the application...but no.
My first theory is better: some agents work more than others.

Did you ever try to get info in ECAS using Receipt number( IMM5401)...
If you are able to get info like this way.. that means, your RPRFpayment is linked with ur application
