Hi,
Need to ask one thing. My PR application status shows 'Decision made' and received email about pre-arrival services (IMM5801) from Visa Section of High Commission of Canada, London. But no official PPR or final decision has been communicated. Can you tell what does mean? And any chances of approval?
Thanks
No red flags. Atleast not any that i know of. I would order the notes if they put me in interview to see their concerns. Im just frustrated with the fact that my file barely passed the initial review stage in 12 months! And no additional docs/ even a remed request. Is this normal?
You must order GCMs notes right away to see whats happening. Its not normal, sorry.

Congrats spreadsheet updated.
That sounds brutal. See while others are getting approved within 6 months now!! This is what im saying; Lvo should work accordingly and in fair order. New rules does not mean make others suffer! A fair world does not exist I guess
hope ur through this misery soon!
Btw any red flags on ur case that you can think of?
Reading my gcms notes it says they are not sure how we were related before marriage. So they are confused with different relationships i mentioned in the form that relates our families. Other then that notes says marriage is according to culture and pictures of rukhsati looks ok.

I suggest you send them a letter of explanation via email in which you simpify and explain the relations. Try to resolve their confusion now before they put you into interview queue.
When did u apply?

i applied in November 2016. I ordered the notes after LVO replied to my email that you are interview queue. So I was already in interview queue before i got my notes.

Were u a nikaah only case as well when u applied? And when did they convey to you that you are in interview queue? Im just wondering as mentioned above, u can always send them ur side of explanation and proof to clear their doubts. Not always but maybe sometimes they can put u off the interview list if they are satisfied.

Yes when i applied it was Nikkah only, But I had given them rukhsati and reception date at that time and then later i have sent all additional proofs. I was thinking of sending them explanation letter but then thought they might get more confused and it will further delay my application. So it's better to explain them face to face
Thank u for ur reply .i mean after that the request for interview and befor interview make problem
Bhira urdu wich gal baat ker lo tay hassi ve koe comment krain

Did you guys involve MP? Sometimes MPs are helpful too
Hi all,
Anyone has any idea how interview queue works?
Bcz some May applicants alreay had their interviews and some have it on Dec 5th and some on Jan10th and some May applicants have no interview date yet (like us)
So any idea how interview queue works ?
yes very frustrating when it's more then a year and still we are not sure when applications are going to get complete.

I talked with MP and she called in front of me and asked that person on phone about the status of application. He said visa officer recommended interview. Then she asked, can this application be speed up as it has been almost an year. The guy said no it's in interview queue so we can't do anything other then waiting for interview date.
