There are nikkah only cases which successfully get their immigration, however they take longer and have to go through interview most times. in your interview if you can prove to the officer that your nikkah is genuine then they will give the applicant COPR. if you are already planning on holding a wedding ceremony later after the interview, you can take proofs to the interview for the arrangements you have made so far, like wedding cards, hall reservation receipts, etc.

As far as I know only those Nikkah only cases have been approved where they had loads of relationship proof and tangible proof of Rukhsati ceremony being held in the near future. Also it matters how the principal applicant performs in the interview.

Hum apna opinion bata saktay hain but yeh nahin confirm kar saktay k ap ka visa officer problem karega k nahin. Apke interview taqreeban 1 ya 1.5 mahine k baad hoga. Agar ap is time main Rukhsati aur Walima kar saktay hain tou karlay. Yaad rahe k Immigration ko bohut log aur dhoom dhaam wali shadi ki tasweerain chahiye hoti hain, har rasm-o-riwaj k saath.

Please once and for all explain your story and related questions in a single post so we can understand your case and help you accordingly. For Pakistani applicants, immigration doesn't care for time spent or communication before marriage. Most important is how much time is spent together after marriage, daily communication and visit of sponsor after marriage.
When the GCkeys says
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Its been like this may be from day one or just now. No idea.
What does that mean? Also in the spreadsheet, there is a column related to it I think. Am I understanding it correctly?
