I don't understand the pattern LVO is following. I have seen lots DM / PPR / COPR issued by end of Oct/1st week of Nov for April 2017 applicants.
where Feb 2017 applicants were on hold and now i m seeing few of lucky applicants now getting their DM/PPR/COPR now.
Now what let LVO decided to by pass Feb Applicants and issue DM/PPR/COPR Apr / May Applicants..?
Feb applicants cases were complicated to deal with as compare to Apr / May Applicants?
in spreadsheet i seen your Sept 22nd, 2017 applicant, i m July 18, 2017 applicant, my GCKey states the same since we linked our application.
Once review of eligibility completed, we will be notified by LVO, via email or via GCkey. In some cases i notice, no update was provided, direct DM.

Review of eligibility date is the date when you get a line in ECAs on the PA side that we started processing your application on xxxxx.
You do not get an update when eligibility is completed, this is not a routine. On mycic, be prepared to see this status till the end of your process. It stays the same until your pp is stamped with visa.

I am sure that applications are worked upon by First In First Out method however every case is unique, the type of application/documentation provided to immigration is different and so are the visa officers which leads to different timelines. Possible factors for delay:
Eligibility: 1) Need of more documents from the applicant. 2) Time needed to review those additional docs. 3) Interview Queue.
Criminality: Need of updated PCC
Security: This stage is out of CIC scope. Security checks are done by 3rd party agencies and CIC cannot control the time here. For some it takes few days while for some 6-12 months.

so if nothing change or update in mycic until DM made, we all will be in dark knows nothing about the status of our application until we hear from LVO, either request of additional documents, re-medical, interview call or directly DM?

I highly doubt Lvo uses First In First Out method. People from 2015/16 are still waiting while Lvo has started to work on May applicants now. Happy for everyone but its really unfair.
Its 12 months in for me tomorrow (since submission) and upon recent inquiry.. "my file is with an officer awaiting review"!!. My upfront medical has even expired this week. Dead silence for 12 months is pretty tough to handle.. interview dena hai toh dein but keeping us in dark and with useless mycic really makes u question everything. May Allah give everyone patience.

Feel really sad for you and if there is no update in GCKey then its really useless, only use if LVO wants us to upload the additional required docss

No red flags. Atleast not any that i know of. I would order the notes if they put me in interview to see their concerns. Im just frustrated with the fact that my file barely passed the initial review stage in 12 months! And no additional docs/ even a remed request. Is this normal?

I am November 2016 applicant. They did the same for my wife's application, until October 2017 they said it's under review. They did first review at end of October and put our application for interview right away. Now they are not giving any interview dates every time i send inquiry to LVO they say we will tell you when date will be finalized. They took around year to do first review and immediately put for interview.

That sounds brutal. See while others are getting approved within 6 months now!! This is what im saying; Lvo should work accordingly and in fair order. New rules does not mean make others suffer! A fair world does not exist I guess
hope ur through this misery soon!
Btw any red flags on ur case that you can think of?
