Member of Parliament for your area...if you have crossed timeline given by CIC you can reach their office and they can contact on behalf of you to esquire about your status...

So many things are pending just because of being PR man. Some people even received Pre-arrival email multiple time which scared me off sometime. Its like sometime you are at a point that you have zero patience.... :(:(
Hi, I am also Oct 2016 applicant and received the pre-arrival services email yesterday. What does it mean?
Hoevewer, the GCSM note shows that I'm still in the criminal background check! and security screening is not started yet.

They will send you the notes to your email. It usually takes 30 days but they've been taking longer lately because of backlog.

Usually people are getting PPR email within 10 days from pre-arrival service email.
