It's really frustrating........... Oct and Nov applicant is in their 13 months... And CIC processing time is also 13 months.... What a joke to the Oct/Nov applicant........

I have applied on October 13,2016. Medical done March 13, Got "you have passed the medical exam" on April 2017, CIC request updated background info on Nov 08, Background check status changed to "NoT applicable" on 10th Nov, 2017, Received Pre-arrival service email on Nov 18, 2017. Still waiting for the PPR. I am an inland applicant btw. and I have applied through PEQ.

Seems last few weeks they have been working on clearing PEQ applicants. I know a few PEQ ppl also got DMs with similar timeline as yours.

So many things are pending just because of being PR man. Some people even received Pre-arrival email multiple time which scared me off sometime. Its like sometime you are at a point that you have zero patience....

I have asked for "note" to get a snapshot .. turns out 2 weeks after I got the msg asking to send them an update background declaration form (nov 08, 2017). Which I did right away and 2 days after My Background check status changed to "Not applicable" and one week after(Nov 18,2017) i've received the pre-arrival service msg in MyCIC.
