Both times non sink reasons...I have satisfied every eligibility requirement...I want to know chance of getting visa if I applied once again

Non sink reasons is meaningless to anyone here so if you want some feedback share your profile and the actual reasons given for your rejections and somebody might be able to help. People on here have come forward with more than 2 rejections and eventually succeeded, depends how much you want it to put the effort in.

I completed my bachelor's in business management and decided to take post baccalaureate diploma in marketing...but the reason is given as my previous studies and choosen course do not match...I paid 1st semester fee and done with gic and shown my bank loan approval letter and I said I want start business in my hometown itself but the reason is given I am a bonafide student...

Dude don't think like 1st chance 2nd chance or 3rd chance, you will not get visa unless visa officer is convinced that you are genuine.

Now first thing first, let's talk about previous studies and chosen course do not match
You have to give an explanation letter why your previous visa was rejected and write in detail,
how your home country degree and the diploma you are aiming to pursue is same but more advanced. Like show the visa officer the syllabus of the two degree and diploma. (BTW are you sure that the course you are actively pursuing is advanced level of BBM)

Now write a detailed SOP and write why you are pursing that course and what will it benifit you. Like it will help you gain international exposure in business and be more skilled to return to your home country and be a business manager. Or how you wanted to be an entrepreneur and be able to manage your own company after gaining this baccalaureate.

Yes people can get visa after 3 times rejection even 4 times, but you have to explain why when visa officer rejected you, you are still applying.

In the last before applying get details of why you are rejected in detail.
I strongly recommend apply for CAIPS document

i got rejection for 2018 jan intake i hv passd 12 in 2016 with 74% 6.5 ielts 7.5 in listng 6.5 reading 5.5 in w and s no reason mentiond in mail what i hv to do for second time give me some sugstn plzz

Master with thesis with 6 bands ielts seems quite difficult, unless otherwise you have strong academic background and equally strong SOP

You need atleast 6 in each band. appear for IELTS again.
