Student Visa rejected

Student Visa was rejected 3 times through Delhi High commission. Last time submitted was in 2009. Have misplaced all documentation. Is it possible to get file and see reasons why they refused? I am marrying a Canadian and want to ensure our sponsorship doesnt get messed up because of rejections of the past. How can I see my file?

Thank you. In case I do not remember my file No will the Embassy be able to retrieve my Notes with my passport no? I dont have any documentation as this was nearly 10 years ago and I have misplaced the documents.

wow. 10 yrs is long time. They anyways keep record for more than that. When I had applied, I didn't see option of passport number at all. They ask for application number.
