Would like to ask if anyone applied for PR before and was refused, but applied for student visa and was approved?
I applied for PR twice in 2014 and was refused both times. This year I applied for student visa 3x and was rejected each time. My PR application in the past wasn't mentioned in the GCMS notes I requested, but I want to know if this was a factor why I couldn't get approved for student visa? Thanks.
