How long does delivery of COPR through the post usually take? I've been waiting over a week now for it since approval, is that normal?

Since TM87 is May applicant and LVO is communicating him/her back and forth, is that means LVO has started processing May applicants ?
I applied on May 9th and 1 week ago I got email from LVO that my file is pending initial review.

I dont understand one thing .. when u spend all that time and money to go to Pakistan for marriage, then why nikkah only? Get everything done .. get pictures taken of each and every occasion and rituals .. why stop in btwn and apply but then get asked all these questions from the VO? Sorry dont think i am gettin mad at you but this is a general comment/question to all the couples who did nikkah only but no rukhsakti/walima/honeymoon etc ..

Well, there were two major reasons for things happening this way. One of them is quite personal and I won't be able to discuss it on here but the second major reason was that 16 members of my immediate family would have been left out of the marriage from my side and half of my wife's immediate family was scattered around Europe. And neither of us wanted to get married without them being able to participate.

And no, I wouldn't assume you're getting mad at me for a very simple and straightforward question. For the record though - VO did not ask us any of these questions YET. All details were included in our application and clearly explained.

yes looks like it. Since April got DM/PPR this month, May is next. Wait patiently at the moment till Dec 31. IA you will heae something.

My khala and family, two phophos ONLY, one taya ONLY .. rest were family friends .. attended only .. rest of my family is all over the world .. not comparin but just lettin u know that sometimes u hv to think abt urself than others .. Nikkah cases get asked a lot of questions .. so start preparin to prove that ur going to have a full weddin in canada/pakistan once visa is received .. start thinkin abt it .. good luck ..

In addition to the paper COPR that one receives with the stamped passport, Is there an electronic (PDF) version of COPR as well that one can download from MyCIC. Mycic final decision says something to the effect of "Case approved, check message below". No message, I'm wondering if a PDF COPR appears there.

They would ask for your application/file number and year of birth thats it.
