No.. i have already explain in detail why i dont have Emirates ID card .when i was requested additional documents on 17th August 2017 Along with UAE police clearance certificate.

One first PFL 6th Oct i was requested again UAE ka police clearance .which i mistakenly submit as finger prints .thinking as PCC.
I submitted UAE police clearance certificate from Dubai as requested On my first PFL..
..as per CiC website Emirates Id is required to get PCC and as per Dubai police web. Finger prints can be used as alternative for people living outside UAE.certfied by UAE Consulate of the home country who dont have Emirates ID.

Even they issue PCC to me without taking certified Finger prints .they ask only passport copy and work permit when my friend visited Dubai Police Head Quarter.

Now Visa officer is asking how u get PCC when u dont have Emirates ID.???
Strange really...

They are not saying whether Police clearance Certificate is real or Fake . Just wanted to know how u get PCC without Emirates ID..
Which i have to give explanation on their second PFL

Just useless and timing wasting requirements..
