How long will it take to receive the MR? I mean min and max time?
And does receiving the AOR mean your application is complete? I guess for now, we may not miss any papers but CIC might request if they need clarification in the future?
Dear expert, seeking your kind suggestion please. I applied for MPNP and received nomination on 30 June 2016, applied to CIC on 26 Oct 2016 and received AOR on 06 January 2017. Since then, I had no update. But recently I saw the bellow info in my account. I applied through lawyer of canada and my application is paper base. Presently I am in Dhaka. My postal address is given as lawyer address
"We sent you correspondence on October 6, 2017. If you have not yet provided theinformation or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please waituntil you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information thatis required."
But still my lawyer or me did not receive anycorrespondance. My friend said, this is medicalrequest. Is it? They sent it on 06 Oct, today 06 Nov. What should I do now? Thanks.

Its more likely an additional documentation request for updated Sch A and such or cannot rule out possibility for MR. Whether its a MR or documentation request, its more likely delayed/expired since they want you to do it in 30 days. I would highly suggest you ask lawyer to check his email inbox or log into your mycic to find the request letter. In case this option doesnt work, contact ircc at +1 613 944 4000. Please remember this facility can only be availed by inland applicants so if you are calling from Dhaka, I would call them and let them know that you are calling about an urgent matter concerning your application and that they route you through despite being outland. Good luck!

This is incorrect.
It depends on the province and immigration stream you were nominated by.
e.g. OINP International Student with job offer stream, NOC B, does not require English tests for the nomination and the paper based IRCC submission. This is my personal experience, applied October 2016 paper based and currently waiting for MR, eligibility is already passed.
