Congrats to everyone who got DM/PPR :)! Also good to hear of all the other movement.

On MYCIC, the additional document status was "we need more" even a month after I sent my ad doc reply. Today it changed to "we don't need more". I guess that means someone touched my file but I thought they had already touched my file, reviewed the docs and approved eligibility (even though the doc status hadn't changed) because it recently went into BGC.

I wonder why they changed the doc status now and not earlier. Does that mean they put things into BGC without assessing the additional docs first, and they're only processing the additional docs now? So my eligibility is still hanging :confused:?

I dont think background check is after eligibility is passed. Our background check has been in process since end of July. Upon recent inquiry, LVO replied that file awaits initial review. Go figure.

Immigration officer will review the docs requested, if satisfied then he/she will pass eligibility otherwise request further docs or put you in Interview queue. Next steps are background checks, re medical, dm and ppr.

I haven't submitted my NN in English translation but only urdu ver of NN. Later CPC Mississauga requested me to send the Certified English translation of our NN and some additional documents which i have send all, already. So if u have submitted your English ver of NN then they won't asks you again. Insha Allah
