Yes, in pakistan you have to get a police certificate for every district/city where you have lived for more than 6 months after the age of 18.

Get the form from police station or facilitating office. Fill it and attach the required documents.
When you submit it they take like 200-250 PKR. And TCS to your home address after less than a week.
Documents include

• 3 photographs.
• 2 Copy of CNIC
• Affidavit
• Nikkah naama
•

What did you send them?A copy of Urdu NN and it's English translation or an Urdu NN with translation on same page?

I sent them a copy of my NN in English, entirely in English.

Currently I have no residence neither in past .... I lived in hostel ... my husband is Canadian Citizen ... he never submitted police certificate from his hostel area when he become permanent resident ... that is why I am confused
