You do not need to get copies of these certified unless you are getting them translated. if they are already in english then copies do not need to be certified. Unless they are specifically asking you to certify them in the additional doc request.

Correct. My question was more about the correlation between travel history and the time it takes to go to DM from BGC.

You are residing in Dubai, it is unlikely that interviews will be conducted in Islamabad in November as well.

In Pakistan, all interviews r conducted in Islamabad and they take place llafter every 3 to 4 months. Last interviews were in September 2017.
