Alrighty, theres a new twist in my case,my husband went to MP last week and today she told him that LVO emailed her that my decision has been sent on 19th july. But none of us i.e PA,sponsor or lawyer recieved any email about it.When a few weeks back my lawyer emailed them about whats taking so long to inform us about the decision(DM shows since 21st july),so they emailed him last week that they dont know which one is our current representative(they misplaced the form of our new representative). We emailed the form again and they just sent us a confirmation email.
M.P asked my husband to visit her on monday.
Does anybody has any idea what is it heading towards?
Anybody?help please
Wish I could help but you have sent a new rep form and they have acknowledged reciept then it should be good. Lets see what MP has to say. besides MP can get clear instruction from CIC as well to find out how this can be resolved .
hello I also applied in August 2016 and they asked me additional documents in july 2017 which I uploaded at the end of july.
Till now there is no change except ur documents have been uploaded . m also waiting since july but no response from LVO

The seniors in this group who say its taking about 8-10 months for processing spousal sponsorhip at LVO, I noticed its more like 5-6 months from the spreadsheet below :
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zLM1Z1qOBPSwGS9DOfkPRpXY4sLWD6PBr2s5LSBmmfY/edit#gid=1444578034
None of these case have taken more than 6.4 months to get it all processed. Is there something I am missing here? I do hope beginning october we start seeing DMs pouring since there hasnt been much movement lately.
Its a long debate, honestly.
LVO is known to process some cases in less than 6 months while others get processed in 8 months or so. For example, its end of Sep now and a lot of Nov 2016 to Jan 2017 are still waiting while some April 2017 applicants already got PPR.
And anyways, it is expected that 2017 cases will be processed faster than 2016 cases (for 2016 cases the average processing time is 9.2 months as per spreadsheet)

MM345 that is exactly what I have noticed . Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Lets hope October brings lots of DMs. Looks like they like to release results in batches.

in this case there is no harm waiting for 2 more days. Let them have a look at your revised form. You can always order notes soon after but takes about a month to get back too. It will be fine. Seniors can advise more.

We just resent the representative form as they misplaced our form when we sent them additional documents. When they sent my original documents back they sent them to this lawyer in july.
What im looking for is what do you guys think what are the chances? Will it a PPR or refusal?

honestly its impossible to guess. If you have submitted everything from your end and if they do not require anything further, then they shouldn't have any reason to refuse. Be positive

Ofcourse this is the kind of reply all lawyers give to their client. You decide If you want to listen to ur lawyer or do something yourself.
