Agree with everybodys comments that it's going to be very positive for ur case. MY visa officer even mentioned in my notes that sponsor had recently visited me and together we went on a holiday. It shows that relationship is genuine. Also keep gathering proofs of communication from now on.

If anything, it'll make a positive mark on your application. After you come back, make sure to send copies of your boarding passes, exit and entry stamps on the passport and of course pictures. If, God forbidding, you get called for an interview, they will ask you how many times you visited your spouse.

You can go and meet your wife anytime you want. It is actually good, and shows a genuine relationship. When with her, take lots of pictures as proof. If I remember correctly, yours is an arranged marriage, and there was no communication previously. Therefore, gather as much of evidence as you can.
Going to visit your wife, will not cause delay.

Keep saving screenshots of your whatsapp/text conversations (e.g. 9 conversations per month), take screenshots when you both skype, screenshots of call logs, update status of "married to XXX" on facebook and take screenshot of that, emails etc, proof of money transfer, receipts of gifts etc.

If you did not submit any communication proof with the application package, then be prepared that LVO will ask for it once they review your file.

That's good - keep track of phone calls (what's app/regular international calls), e-mails, text messages, if you go on outings, then receipts, skype calls and anything else when you guys spend time together.
one recommendation: be genuine (too much cheesy stuff can also mark red flags).

Hey - yes, they sent us a request for additional documents (Aug 18) and we have since submitted it: basically scanned copies of police reports and on going communication proof.
Rukhsati is done, and I sent them pictures, and wedding cards etc to the e-mail, but also submitted them when they asked us last month. Haven't heard anything from them since.

Guys, At the time of application submission in Dec 2016 I was working. I mentioned my workplace in the forms but I left it in March 2017 without making LVO aware of it. Does it matter? Just wondering?

I think it doesnt because left my job while my application was being processed and no one asked me for any explanation, also it didnt show up in the notes.

I got a response from LVO regarding my status update query : Just to keep you guys informed . I sent query using webform on sept 11, 2017

When did u guys submit the additional documents, wait for 1 month more and then order GCMS. Dont take tension, IA your husband will receive PPR soon.

we submitted them not to long ago. There was no point in rushing to submit the documents, because they weren't going to access it until our time of 30 days was over.
