Just updating you all on our case. It has been a while since I posted my last message. We had received a PFL on August 11, 2017 and we submitted a response to it before 11 September 2017.
BY THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH, We have received another PFL on mycic today. The officer has gone insane and probably skipped some pages of our response as he claims that we didn't address those concerns. We'll be submitting the info again with additional information in 30 days and hopefully we'll receive our daughter's amended birth certificate by then.
Has anyone received 2 PFLs before?????????
Please pray for us members. JazakAllah Khair

Same old same old...why we applied 2 years after our marriage and bundle of crappy repetition. He needs to see the proof of our cohabitation in 2015-2016 (which we already submitted including, boarding passes, air tickets, passport stamps, affidavits, residential agreement, credit card statements, joint expenses, financial support for each other, pictures in our home with my daughter growing over a year, gift receipts, birthday pics, trips outside country together, affidavit of my dad and elder bro confirming the facts etc etc). I don't know what else to give him. I really wana parcel my daughter's dirty diaper to lvo. They are crazy!!!
By the way, there is no space on mycic account to upload a response to this 2nd PFL.
Secondly, officer thanked us for first PFL's response and said that he is satisfied that we are legally married BUT he could not stop his hands from sending us another PFL
Anyone got any idea on this?
We checked 'no' on the Schedule A form where it asked if he'd been previously refused, but now that IRCC brought it up, we explained that he was just a dependent under his dad's application, he wasn't the principal applicant, so we thought the refusal didn't count towards him personally.
Just wondering if they'll say it's a misrepresentation and make it a basis for a refusal or ban, God forbid. Should I send additional documents about it? Like a letter outlining the previous case and why we thought we didn't have to declare it, and then an apology or something? I was just reading up on people making innocent mistakes like this and getting refused, so now I'm really freaking out.
On what basis did his dad apply and was refused? Was it for immigration purposes or visa? Also, i know you said dependent, but at the time of application and at the time of refusal what was his age?
I know these are specific questions, if you don't want to answer them here, you can send me a private message.

He applied for a provincial immigrant nominee program, so I guess it was an immigration application. My husband was under 21 at that time, which was the dependent limit back then. He was about 18 at the time of application and about 21 at refusal time.
Based on my research, it's likely they'll refuse the application and ban him for 5 years. I'm bracing for the worst and figuring out what I'm gonna do with my life after this.
Worst case scenario, I'll have to take my kid (due in December) to Pakistan and live there for 5 years. I've never lived in Pakistan and it'll be hell on earth. I have no idea how to make that time productive for me and my husband, and he's just a student so I'll have to afford everything myself. I really, really didn't see this coming. Still hoping God performs a miracle but trying to prepare myself for the worst now.

You can discuss with consultant, usually they charges $150 for single session of one hour and advise you. If incase you don't wanna go there then go to neighbourhood centre or polycultural immigrant & community services or any community centre, all these government service centre are free. They will advise/guide you.

I agree with imsid you can get free or very cheap consultation. Go to a community centre near your house or call them. If you're unemployed or fall in the low income category they'll help you free of charge. Stay strong, I hope it's nothing as extreme as you're making it out to be. All the best.
