Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2017

Hi There,

Need one help, as I have received email from CIC this month that I have been selected to sponsor my Parent. This happened when I lost all the hope and now that I have left my mom back Home. I'm wondering if some one can help me with my below questions :-

1. application require applicants signature how can I get this done as she is not staying with me any more.
2. Do I need to get all the photo copies / supporting documents certified..
3. My BC does not include my mothers name , however I have my graduation marksheet as well as other ID documents- Passports etc which states mother's name . Will that work.. as a proof of relationship.
4. Can we get NOA from CRA site , or can we submit T4 for all the years.

Really confused what to do as I'm not prepared .

Can I make my wife co signer and use her income (before marriage income)and use towards sponsorship.

Yes you can do so, just add her income to your's and make sure you are above LICO for last 3 years.
(If you said for 2018 draw then LICO should be from 2015,2016 & 2017)

thanks ... so i logged in and checked and seems like application was received july 31...

but under the sponsored person it says my name not my parents name ...is this a error on my part or CIC's ?

Mine is the same. My application was recieved on July24, and it says that I sponsor myself, which is strange to me. I hope it's not a problem for us.

correct if bro is = or less than 19

Or over 19 but dependant on parents due to physical or mental reasons since before he turned 19.

I have few questions. please help me on this.

I am living in Canada and my parents are in India.
Can I represent my parents by fill representative form?
Can I fill my canadian address in section of "mailing address" in all forms where ever require?

Yes, you can be their representative.
I'd use their home address on the application where their information is being sought. There's a section for sponsor's address, that's where you should enter your address. Since you're the representative, all communication will be sent to you either via email or postal mail anyway.

Yes I would assume it should be applicant receiving future correspondences from CIC. I received just 2 emails so far (first application received and second sponsorship approval). My Primary applicant haven't received any communication so far.

I got a letter saying I am approved as sponsor 24 July. I believe it said PR papers would come to me and it was a up to me to get them to my mother.

I recently received mail stating that I missed to attached payment fees receipt stating that the amount is not correct. I paid for 2 applicants processing fees $1100 and decided to pay RPRF fees later.
- Is the amount right?
- What can be done in if they reply that the amount is not correct again?
- Did anyone received such kind of mail? What are the steps you took when you received it?

I remember attaching it while sending the application. I did send it again last week.
