Hey guys, I am a bit anxious. I wrote "Married" in the relationship box on my IMM 5406 Addl Family Info form instead of "Married-Physically Present".. I have indicated in my cover letter that I was physically present but just not on the form. Do you think they'll or they could return my application? Or is it a minor error that can be overlooked?

I will tell you what happened to me. They teturned my application because they could not find my birth certificate inside the envelope. Just like that. I dont lnow what they smoke over there but they are sending applications back left and right. These people have no clue what its like to be away from your loved ones for almost a year! The system is corrupt and need to change. I am writing a letter to my local MP.

There is a long way from being corrupt to make a mistake. These people are human, therefore they do make mistakes sometimes as well. Don't confuse that for corruption, it's an entirely different thing. They are not sending applications left and right like you say, and most likely they are not smoking anything like you say as well. I understand that you're upset, but don't influence others in a bad way, the person you replied to might get the wrong idea because of what you're implying. On a side note, showing some respect will say more about you than what it says about them.

I am pretty sure they wouldn't return it for that. In fact, on one of the boxes it doesn't even let you type that much, just married fits. Don't worry about this particular little detail.

I'm not saying all the officers at CPC, but some of them, don't treat and review your application with care and sometimes they miss things that are right there before their eyes, but either they are careless or they choose not to see them. They returned my application as well for the things that was right there, but they didn't see. Of course, we are all humans and we make mistakes, but they should know that their mistakes will have great consequences on people's lives. Because of their mistake, my time and money got wasted just like that, not to mention me not being able to see my spouse got extended and I have to apply again and wait for another 2 months to get the damn AOR. its a good thing that didn't happen to you and you didn't have to feel the frustrations that some of us felt.

Funnily enough we've received the medical request now but still not the email for the Schedule A and pc
