I never able to track my application here. I tried everything application number, UCI etc. It always say it couldn't find my application. I got the photo request for my PR card though. Where to check the status now?
I see. I've linked my application to my CIC account. But it shows some general statements. Is it going to change to approved once my PR card application approved after photographs I sent are accepted?

Hi,
Can you please tell me the procedure of applying permanent resident travel document. How much it costs for applying these documents and what is the surety of getting it?

every thing start here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5529ETOC.asp
the most important there are residency obligation where show you will be able to meet the minimum of 730 days of physical presence in Canada within five years of the date you became a permanent resident. you should present any document like COPR / Rent contract / Bank statement / plane tickets for your canadian trips . the fees are 40CAD i guess and processing should not take much , in my case it took a week.
Landed in Toronto: April 13th, 2017
Photo Requested: June 8th, 2017
Photo Sent: June 10th, 2017
Received: June 26th, 2017 (Postal service took forever..)
PR card not received to this date: July 27, 2017
it changes to approved when your PR card is printed and ready to go.
Nothing changes when pics are just received by them, they don't even put your pics on file until 2 weeks before printing.
Called cic last week and was also told July 4th, however, they dont often receive updates. I asked a lady about my application status and she confirmed that my pics, which were received on July 24, have been noted almost two weeks ago.
