Yes you can. You need to link them to your account first.

I called 3 days ago and was told that they are working on the pictures received on 4th July so I guess a couple of months

Exact same case for me. My pics were received on July 24th too. I called them last week and they said that my account has an update from Sep 4 that says that my photos were received and nothing after that.

I also called last week and was told my pics were uploaded on Sept 6, that lady also told me that it usually takes 2 weeks after uploading to print the card. 2 weeks passed and I called yesterday: I was told that it takes 6 weeks since "acknowledgement of receipt" which in our case is September.
It's so frustrating...

Wow! My photos reached to them on 12th September. After looking at timelines of all you guys, I guess I'll receive my PR card late November or early December.

Mine was received on 16th September. I guess, I'll have to wait a month or so. Keep me posted when your application is approved by them.
