I did actually. They responded with a generic response saying we do not need anything at this time and we will inform you if we require any additional information.

At Least you got a generic reply. I could not get hold of any Human being to respond after more than 20 mins thrice.... God knows if this was one more test.

And I am stuck between 2 departments who do not respond. Anyone got CNCC from out of HK please help...

1. Call and Ask CIC for an extension.

2. Call and ask HKP to resend a new one. I heard they can do so without you going there.

Mine was sent out on 27 July.
I emailed CPC Ottawa on 1 Sep to check and got reply after a week.

The reply didn't say specifically whether they received my CNCC or not. It only said all documents have been received and updated into their system. They cannot confirm when the application would be finalised.

Somehow I'm satisfied with the answer

I got the same response.. This makes me feel so much better.. lets hope i get PPR soon..

I got a HK PCC request letter from CIC on Monday without sending address of CIC. I mailed Ottawa to update the letter and include the address to which the letter has to be sent. Pasted below is the reply I got. There is no attachment. Did they totally miss my point? Please reply

Try emailing them again. Simultaneously, also try calling them, preferably early morning time in Ottawa.

I have a question. I emailed the HK PCC office and they said that the CNCC was dispatched on 15th Sept. what should I do now. Should I ask them for a reference number or something also what do I do with IRCC, should i email them?

You may upload your receipt, even though it is quite useless because it doesn't have your name on it.

I mailed Ottawa on 12th Sept asking them to update the request letter with CIC's return address. They replied on 16th with a generic reply and did not give me any address , but they re itirated that PCC should reach them in 60 days. So I sent my fingerprints to HK requesting them to send the PCC to CIO Sydney, NS address. I also mailed Ottawa again and asked then to provide a return address of CIC. Today got a reply from Ottawa and they asked me to send the letter to Ottawa, ON. What should I do now? How do I inform HK of this change. Currently my document has not reached HK. Please advice
Also does it mean that my file had been transfered to Ottawa?

You can give HKP a call to ask them to change the address.
My file was processed in Ottawa but they asked me to send the CNCC to CIO Sydney. I'm sure it won't have a big impact whether the CNCC is received in CIO Sydney or Ottawa. Dont worry
