Hong Kong Police Certificate mailing address

Dear all,
I stayed at hong kong for more than 6 months and need a hong kong police certificate.
Hong Kong police doesn't send the certificate to person but to visa office.
So which address should they mail to? do we need to provide the mailing address?
because i haven't got the request letter, is the address written in the letter?
if not which address should we mail to? i am inland ee applicant, the address is Sydney? Ottawa? or Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong?
I really appreciate your advice.
