Passports to CPC Ottawa-August 2017

Inland. It was sent to the printing room on the 22nd.

When did you send your passport and when was it delivered to Ottawa?? Did you have to call them to find out if your passport has been sent to the printing room??

I sent my passport on the 19th of August. It was delivered on the 21st. When I called them last week, the CIC agent told me it went for printing on the 22nd. Passports go in batches for printing and courier. They wait to accumulate a good number and then send them off.

Congrats ! I just got an email for an update! There is no new update. My app showed approved on Tues.

I called CIC helpline earlier today and the agent told me my passport was shipped yesterday. However, my Fedex return tracker has not been activated yet. Both CIC and I have the same tracking number. Is this normal? Does it take a day or two for the tracker to get activated?
