I applied my spouse application July 13,2017 and received a request for complete Schedule A Background/ Declaration IMM 5669 by Aug 28, 2017.

So when we submit the schedule A do we need to scan the police certificate and attached that document as well?

My police clearance certificate and Schedule A background declearation was suposed to submit by 28th August..But unfortunately i can't due to delay in processing police clearance certificate..
Now what will happen..
Is their any way to let them know the reason of delay..?
I got my New Smart NID card how o let them know about it..?

you need to call cic on the 1800 number and they will give you extra time

Can anyone help me? If requested to complete Schedule A Background/Declaration imm5669 is the police certificate included to submit or is it separate request letter?

But needs to upload in account as different file.
