i tried with newer version of adobe . it showed only pop up when i pressed validate . (validate complete successfully )

This form is a bit tricky. I filled it out (3 times, at least) and clicked on validate once done. I printed it right away as I am sending this via mail as our application is not linked. It will validate and show YES. But when you save it and open the file again, it's going to show as NO.

hi every one try adobe very newer version. here is the way i have done.1 . new version of adobe.2. for date and year even if time over lap no problem at all. for an example. last ten years u lived 3 places including travel time. a)2010-5 select on going ( presently the place ur living) . b)2010-4 to 20104 -4( suppose 3 days u r out of the country) c) again 2009-1 to 2010-3 same place ur living. d)2007-01 to 2010-02 precious place ] this is just example it will not conflict with any time frame if u r care full about the month . hope fully this this help . before save file validate the corner the box will shows office use only yes . it will not generate bar code . in the signature box typed ur name and hand sign it if u want to send by mail of upload with out gc upload.

Looks like you got yours right. I was able to get it validated yesterday and printed it.
