What is possibility of not having draw today? Any guess!

If you look at previous draws, the trend for the last few month is kind of downwards, so there is a big chance it wont happen. But if you look at the approximate number of immigrants they need to take, we have calculated that there needs to be a draw every 2 weeks for them to meet their 2017 targets.
