Hello,
Now my PCC which I've sent along with my application file is going to complete one year end of this month and Background check not yet started.
I've made new one and travelled outside my home country. I'm worried to wait without updating my file with it. How can I send it to my visa office ( Via IRCC webform only, or I have to send hard copy to visa office also)

Medical passed . that was since april in my CIC and saw it in GCMS
all background check statuts Criminality, Eligibility, Security Not started which explains why my CIC status says we will send you a message when it starts
For Inland (and US applicant ) below status is normal ...
MyCIC shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." for Review of eligibility since AOR -
And security shouldn't clearance from CSIS shouldn't take more than 3-4 months and that make sense -as EE folks usually get their results in 6 months refer below link , if security is not started that means its agent /VO who has not started working on file ...

Medicals will be sent by the clinic not you .... they might be asking in case if you have any question, concerns ,queries you can revert with your application title ..
Yes, I received a similar email from Paris visa office. But they asked me to send them, directly via email, the resumes for me and my wife, military records and my addresses since 2015. Also, the same documents were required to be uploaded through my CIC. Therefore, I sent the documents via email to visa office and uploaded them to my CIC as well.
Congratulations to all who received news lately! It is excellent to know that things are finally moving again (i think maybe it was the holiday break that slowed things down)....
I received CoPR today, 2 weeks after PPR. I will be landing on Saturday (don't really know yet, considering that some of the border crossings are going to be extremely busy considering the refugee crisis at the border right now...
i'll be sure to share my experience with you guys and thank you for everything!
